Major Objective:
The project aims to promote the adoption of eCooking appliances in the Jhumsa Khola MHP III distribution area by providing efficient subsidies to consumers, making these appliances more affordable. It includes upgrading household wiring for safe usage, strengthening the distribution system to meet increased demand, and building a sustainable supply chain for easy access to eCooking appliances. The project also focuses on creating a proof-of-concept for eWaste management and providing repair and maintenance training to cooperative staff, enhancing local capacity. By ensuring the long-term sustainability of eCooking in rural areas, this initiative fosters clean energy adoption, economic growth, and environmental sustainability.
