Work Accomplished:
During the implementation phase, eCooking appliances were distributed to five households in each of the Bhaktapur and Bharatpur locations. A two-month study was conducted to compare the time and cost of cooking with traditional fuels versus eCooking appliances. Consumers' existing cooking practices were analyzed, and efforts were made to encourage behavior change towards adopting eCooking. Additionally, comprehensive financial and technical analyses were carried out to evaluate the feasibility and impact of the intervention.
